I am currently the Executive Director of the American Literary Translators Association and a PhD student at the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to beginning my PhD, I taught digital journalism at Rowan University in New Jersey. I have also worked as an editor, producer, and content manager for several websites. I'm a native New Yorker, but I've lived in such exotic locales as Indiana, Florida, Delaware, Texas, and France. I speak French reasonably well and Japanese quite badly. I live in Richardson, TX with my husband, two dogs, and three cats.
